Some time ago(when "event" begun I think...)
lineage2's gracia final gameguard was updated so that host's file cannot be edited in order to connect to a private server.

That made players from private servers not able to connect to their server and their only option is something like "not retail,no l2"

My congratulations for that strategy because lineage 2 retail servers thanks to that are getting more players(noticed that in gludio today)
